TILCO Vanguard began in 1976 as a parking lot striping company. As with most growing companies, clients, with their increasing confidence in our reputation and service eventually asked us to provide additional products and services.

Over time additions such as Asphalt repairs, Seal coating, Extruded curbing, and recently ADA compliant Vanguard Detectable Warnings/Truncated Domes among others, gave clients the ease and cost effectiveness of dealing with one firm that could truly do it all.

TILCO Vanguard is well known for putting more paint down than others, insuring that the sealer used on your hard surfaces is the best manufactured anywhere, installed correctly, and warranted with solid backing, backed up by a 30 year reputation. If during the warranty period, the curbing comes loose without ripping up the asphalt, if the seal coating, striping or anything else we do for you doesn’t meet YOUR expectations, we’ll reinstall the area in question at no charge to you.
