We are seeking an aggressive salesperson focused on sales and marketing both locally, as well as nationally, for a variety of products and services. You will be supporting installation teams here and across North America.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will have an absolute focus on excellence and will have responsibilities
that include but are not limited to:
- Construction sales
- Identifying and prospecting new customers
- Constantly seeking new ways of putting company products and services in front of potential customers
- Maintaining relationships with current customers
- Assist in overseeing the sales process from estimating to preparing contracts and follow through
- Track jobs and invoices to completion
- Proficient with computers and industry software programs, including Microsoft office products
- Correspondence marketing
Skills / Qualifications / Education:
- High School diploma or higher
- Knowledgeable of parking lots, surface applied coatings
- Skilled in reading blue prints
- Excellent math skills
Excellent communication writing and grammar skills, able to transfer knowledge and job info to others
Construction sales experience (Parking Lot industry experience preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $75,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
