With a 45 year history and national reputation, TILCO Vanguard is looking to expand locally and beyond. We are seeking an aggressive sales person focused on sales and marketing both locally, as well as nationally, for a variety of proven products and services. You will be supporting installation teams locally as well as across the country.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have an absolute focus on excellence and will have responsibilities that include but are not limited to:

  • Construction sales
  • Identifying and prospecting new customers
  • Constantly seeks new ways of putting company products and services in front of potential customers
  • Maintaining relationships with current customers
  • Assist in overseeing the sales process from estimating to preparing contracts and follow through
  • Track jobs and invoices to completion
  • Proficiency with computers and well known software programs
  • Know how to manage time effectively
  • Comfortable with correspondence marketing

Skills / Qualifications / Education:

  • Minimum of High School diploma
  • Knowledgeable about parking lots, safety issues, equipment used in trade
  • Managerial abilities
  • Excellent communication writing and grammar skills, able to transfer knowledge and job info to others
  • Proven written and oral communication skills
  • Clean driving record
  • Skilled in reading blue prints
  • Good math skills
  • Construction sales experience
